How we handle your personal data.

1. Data controller and contact

2. Data we process

When you contact us, we process your first and last name, work email address, phone number (if supplied), area of interest, and the content of your enquiry. Please do not send special-category or other sensitive personal data through the form unless it is necessary and you have a lawful reason to do so.

If you opt in to analytics, Microsoft Clarity may process online identifiers and technical information, such as IP-address-related information, browser and device information, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, session-replay or heatmap data, and non-identifying conversion events such as contact-form interaction.

Independently of your analytics choice, Cloudflare—which hosts this website—provides cookieless Web Analytics that measures aggregate visits and page views. It does not use cookies or browser storage, does not fingerprint your device, and does not create individual profiles that we can link back to you.

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

• Responding to an enquiry and discussing a potential engagement: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Website operation, security, and protection of legal claims: our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Microsoft Clarity analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use Clarity to understand website use and improve the site. We do not enable advertising storage.
• Cookieless traffic measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics): our legitimate interests in understanding aggregate use of the website and improving it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This measurement does not use cookies and does not store identifiers on your device.

4. Is providing data required?

The fields marked as required in the contact form are needed to receive and respond to your enquiry. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to reply. Supplying your phone number and selecting an area of interest are optional. Analytics is optional and declining it does not affect your use of the website.

5. Who receives your data

We limit access to people who need it to respond to an enquiry or operate the website. We may also share data with the following service providers or recipients where necessary:

• Formspree, which processes contact-form submissions for us;
• Microsoft Clarity, which processes optional analytics data after you consent;
• Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, content delivery, security services, and cookieless aggregate traffic measurement; and
• professional advisers, insurers, public authorities, or other recipients where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Formspree states that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers as a data processor. Microsoft explains that EU Clarity customers contract with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and that Standard Contractual Clauses govern relevant transfers within Microsoft. Where a transfer requires safeguards under GDPR, we rely on the applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another permitted transfer mechanism. 7. Retention

We normally keep contact enquiries for 12 months after the last meaningful correspondence. We may retain them longer where needed to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and retention rules of Microsoft Clarity; we do not use it to identify you directly.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To make a request, use our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data-protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

9. Cookies and analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity only when you choose to accept analytics. Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with the website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. It may use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies. Analytics storage is enabled only after your consent; advertising storage remains denied. The website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool that runs without storing cookies or identifiers on your device, so it does not require a consent choice. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of technologies.

10. Automated decisions and children

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. This website and its analytics are not intended for people under 18 years of age.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our processing changes or the law requires it. We will publish the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date.
