I worked with Michał on an AI-driven Marketing Compliance project focused on identifying which Google Play and Apple App Store applications were suitable and safe environments for advertising. Michał led the project technically, designing and implementing the AI-based evaluation approach and translating business and compliance requirements into a scalable solution. One of the biggest strengths of the project was its scale: we analysed hundreds of thousands of application pages, something that would have required an enormous amount of manual effort and time to review traditionally. Michał showed strong technical ownership throughout the project and was very effective at turning a complex business problem into a practical AI solution. I would happily recommend him for projects involving AI automation, large-scale analysis, and compliance-focused AI solutions.

I had the opportunity to work with Michał on an AI-driven customer service QA and chat analysis initiative, where he led the technical side of the project with strong ownership and professionalism. Michal led the development of a Gatling-based performance testing framework integrated into our Argo rollout process. Michal led the development of a configurable API test automation framework integrated with Argo Rollouts. Michal is the best line manager I've had the chance to work with.
